OUR COACHING STAFF

My name is Galen Keys, and baseball has been a core part of my life for as long as I can remember. I played at Jenks High School and continued my career at Independence Community College, where I developed not only as a player but also as a student of the game.

As a coach, I bring a hyper-competitive edge to the field. I demand maximum effort in every practice and every pitch—because I believe that how you do anything is how you do everything. My coaching philosophy is built on accountability, hustle, and an “all in” mentality.

My goals are simple but powerful: I want every player to show real, measurable progression throughout the season, and I want our teams to compete for and win championships. Effort is non-negotiable, and growth is expected.

Off the field, I’m a proud family man who values time with loved ones and cheering on Sooner football. Coaching is my passion, but family is my foundation.
